You'll partner with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and drive operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for our US market. You'll own sales planning, performance management, and forecasting while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This high-impact role has visibility across the commercial organization.

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with growth goals
  • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning including territory design and quota setting
  • Design, optimize, and scale sales processes across the funnel
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-15+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles
  • 3+ years managing teams
  • Proven success scaling sales operations in high-growth SaaS/tech environments
  • Proficiency with sales productivity tools
