๐ผ About This Role
You'll partner with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and drive operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for our US market. You'll own sales planning, performance management, and forecasting while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This high-impact role has visibility across the commercial organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with growth goals
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning including territory design and quota setting
- Design, optimize, and scale sales processes across the funnel
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
๐ Requirements
- 8-15+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles
- 3+ years managing teams
- Proven success scaling sales operations in high-growth SaaS/tech environments
- Proficiency with sales productivity tools
