You'll lead revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and GTM systems for Netomi's agentic AI platform, partnering with executive leadership to drive predictability and growth. Your work will directly scale enterprise customer experiences for global brands like Delta and MetLife. This fully remote role offers high impact at a Y Combinator-backed AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end forecasting across bookings, renewals, and retention
• Design territory and quota models aligned to market opportunity
• Build pipeline dashboards and KPIs for funnel performance
• Own CRM and GTM systems governance and automation

📋 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in Revenue Ops or GTM Ops
• Deep expertise in Salesforce reporting and data governance
• Proven track record in forecasting and pipeline analytics
• Experience scaling processes in high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with marketplace and co-sell partner motions
• Exposure to POC-driven sales models
• Experience building RevOps functions
