💼 About This Role

You'll join Ontic's Sales Development Team to target Fortune 500 prospects and identify qualified opportunities. You will develop relationships as a trusted advisor and collaborate with Sales and Marketing. This role offers a path to future growth in Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts with Enterprise Account Executive
• Meet or exceed daily quotas of calls and first-touch emails
• Set meetings for Sales team when leads reach qualified stage

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience as BDR/SDR
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding quotas
• Experience with ABE/ABM and MQL environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
