💼 About This Role

You'll act as a Forward Deployed Engineer, bridging grassroots AI prototypes with enterprise-grade stability at an AI-powered HCP engagement company. Your core impact is helping business units "graduate" vibe-coded tools into secure, scalable applications. You will report to both the central AI hub and a business unit, ensuring high uptime and governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate vibe-coded AI tools built by non-technical business units for ROI, security, and viability.
• Refactor high-value prototypes into secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain secure integrations between LLM APIs and internal systems (Data Lake, Salesforce).
• Act as technical owner for graduated AI applications, managing uptime, prompt drift, and API updates.
• Interview stakeholders to map bottlenecks, define scope, and set expectations between AI and SQL dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong proficiency in Python and building RESTful APIs in cloud environments.
• Experience working with non-technical business leaders to translate ambiguous problems into technical requirements.
