💼 About This Role

You'll lead US legal strategy as the primary legal architect for Raisin's expansion, reporting to the US CEO. You'll drive AI-forward legal workflows to scale compliance and contract operations in a high-velocity fintech environment. This is a solo role with total ownership of the legal function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and financial instruments
• Navigate fintech regulatory landscape (deposit regulation, AML, privacy)
• Implement AI tools for legal contract analysis and workflow automation
• Provide real-time legal feedback on product features and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active NY bar license
• 10+ years legal experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Startup experience with focus on fintech and banking
• Technical expertise in managing regulatory compliance
