🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable ML systems and infrastructure.
• Lead sprints and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Own systems from design to deployment and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Python experience and building scalable backend services.
• 3+ years of relational databases experience.
• 2+ years in a senior-level capacity.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native dockerized applications.

• Experience with ML ops, model serving and optimization.
• Experience with online experimentation platforms like Statsig.
