💼 About This Role

You'll join the Growth Team at Theodo HealthTech to attract, hire, and engage top tech and business talent. You'll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to integration, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices. This role offers the chance to grow into a Lead Recruiter or Head of TA within a rapidly expanding group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and events
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for 24 hires per year
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Optimize recruitment funnel and improve processes

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of tech recruitment experience
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates
• Experience with ATS tools like Lever or similar
• Fluent in French and English

• Experience in healthtech or startup environment
• Knowledge of lean methodology
