🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure fulfillment, quality, cost, and customer expectations are met across member companies.
• Achieve and maintain manufacturing capacity requirements, adjusting resources as needed.
• Coach, develop, and assess leadership talent internally to achieve growth.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodology across functions.
• Develop and deploy analytics to track metrics and generate insights.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing with large multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

• MBA or MS preferred.
