You'll coach and develop veterinary nursing teams in an emergency hospital setting, helping them build confidence and clinical skills. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess and mentor assistants and credentialed technicians through direct observation
• Drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program
• Provide tailored hands-on training for all learning styles
• Develop training content like presentations, videos, and simulations

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in veterinary technology strongly preferred
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state of practice
• High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine
• Previous training experience preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
• Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited program
• Willingness to travel to other VEG hospitals in the region
