๐ผ About This Role
You'll own end-to-end recruitment for product, engineering, and other functions at Redgate, a company building data management solutions. You'll deliver a fantastic candidate experience while upholding our employer brand. This 6-month FTC offers autonomy and the chance to work with a small, impactful team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from role briefing to offer
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across functions
- Proactively source and pipeline talent for regular positions
- Contribute to employer brand via social media and events
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
- Skilled at proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and external platforms
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Data literate with working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems

- Experience hiring for product and engineering roles
- Familiarity with employment regulations and data security protocols
