You'll own end-to-end recruitment for product, engineering, and other functions at Redgate, a company building data management solutions. You'll deliver a fantastic candidate experience while upholding our employer brand. This 6-month FTC offers autonomy and the chance to work with a small, impactful team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from role briefing to offer
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across functions
  • Proactively source and pipeline talent for regular positions
  • Contribute to employer brand via social media and events

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Skilled at proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and external platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Data literate with working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems

  • Experience hiring for product and engineering roles
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and data security protocols
