Description

You will lead Workday HCM deployments with a focus on Recruiting, configuring and testing solutions to meet client needs. This remote role involves mentoring consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

Requirements

• Current Workday Partner certification in HCM and Recruiting
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a software/consulting company
• Experience deploying HCM projects (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM deployments, gathering requirements and configuring Recruiting solutions
• Mentor consultants and serve as a professional role model
• Assist with data conversion and integration testing
• Provide regular status reports to project managers
• Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices
