Description

You will join the Research Compliance team in Hong Kong, working alongside Research teams to ensure the safe delivery of Research products, collaborating with Legal and Client Protection, and providing compliance training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and extracurricular leadership
• 0-1 year of work experience as Compliance Associate, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar, or recent graduate with high potential
• Track record of strong academic performance
• Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
• Fluency in written and spoken English; a relevant foreign language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review expert profiles and project requirements for the delivery of expert knowledge to clients
• Format, proofread, and screen written output (transcripts) to ensure compliance with legal and compliance policies
• Work with the Research team and stakeholders to resolve compliance flags
• Provide legal and compliance training to the Research team and stakeholders
• Draft and maintain compliance policies for Research services
