You'll lead a 4-person ML team at Speak, an AI-powered language learning platform. You will drive end-to-end execution on key ML initiatives and define quarterly goals and success metrics. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow the ML team through coaching and feedback.
• Define quarterly ML goals and success metrics with baselines.
• Drive end-to-end execution of key ML initiatives.
• Build repeatable model evaluation and experimentation processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on roadmaps.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years overall experience in applied ML.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• Strong technical judgment in applied ML including model evaluation.
• Excellent metric sense and analytical thinking.
