You will lead the identity and API strategy for Kaseya's platform, shaping core IAM services like authentication, authorization, SSO, and access controls. This role requires deep technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable, secure systems that impact every product and customer.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Identity platforms and API strategy
• Experience building and executing IAM and control plane strategies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence product direction
• Strong background in authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) and security best practices
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and API design

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical design of IAM services including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, SSO, and privileged access controls
• Lead architectural evolution of secure, high-throughput, low-latency IAM systems for customer-facing and internal APIs
• Lead IAM integrations for SaaS, on-prem, and cloud platforms with federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), MFA, and Passwordless
• Define roadmap for migrating legacy auth systems to modern distributed architectures
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
