You'll collaborate with clients to define system requirements for IRT projects in the life sciences industry. Your work will directly impact clinical trial success by authoring specifications and supporting UAT. This role offers the chance to work with a proprietary PULSE® platform and contribute to global clinical trials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and document initial system requirements with clients.
• Author specifications for IRT, randomization, and kit lists.
• Build partnerships with internal teams across project phases.
• Support UAT setup and execution.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in a software business analyst role.
• 2-4 years experience in the life science industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work on multiple assignments with moderate supervision.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior experience delivering IVR, IWR, or IMR platforms.
• Familiarity using SQL.
