Description

You will manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and actively participating in product development. You'll redesign engineering workflows with autonomous agents and reusable agentic primitives to deliver outcomes faster.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Solid communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Participate in product development (70% of time)
• Hire and onboard new engineers
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members
• Design and implement agentic workflows and verification loops
