You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring successful adoption and value realization. You'll act as a trusted partner translating business needs into configurations, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. This role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Guide customers through platform setup and configuration
• Log and track customer needs and issues using CRM systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple customers
• Experience working with clients across different levels including senior decision-makers
• Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
