🎯 What You'll Do

  • Set up and manage customer accounts accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Process invoices and handle account reconciliations.
  • Support the Route Service team as needed.

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of B2B customer service or account management experience.
  • Professional phone manner and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/data entry.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Some college or an Associate's degree.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting clerical or bookkeeping procedures.
