🎯 What You'll Do
- Set up and manage customer accounts accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Process invoices and handle account reconciliations.
- Support the Route Service team as needed.
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of B2B customer service or account management experience.
- Professional phone manner and outstanding communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/data entry.

- Some college or an Associate's degree.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting clerical or bookkeeping procedures.
