- Oversee daily operations of the AE team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Create and execute strategies for customer acquisition and prospecting.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Track key performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDR and AE sales roles as a pipeline builder and closer.
- 1+ year of experience as a sales leader.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
