  • Oversee daily operations of the AE team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Create and execute strategies for customer acquisition and prospecting.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Track key performance metrics and implement corrective actions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR and AE sales roles as a pipeline builder and closer.
  • 1+ year of experience as a sales leader.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
