💼 About This Role

You'll be Lorikeet's first dedicated People team member in Sydney, owning talent, employee experience, and culture. You'll run employee and candidate experience end-to-end, ensure new hires hit the ground running, and keep the office humming. This role offers real exposure to how a fast-scaling startup is built, with scope that punches above your title.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the visitor and cross-geo experience for US/UK team members visiting Sydney
• Produce and improve company forums like all-hands and weekly kickoffs
• Manage interview coordination and candidate experience for Sydney roles
• Own first-week onboarding for all Sydney hires

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in consulting, operations, or generalist roles
• High EQ and ability to read rooms and build trust quickly
• High agency — sees what needs doing and acts without being asked twice
• Comfortable working 5 days/week in-office in Surry Hills
