You'll lead all operational activities for a rapidly growing manufacturer of RF connectors, ensuring customer requirements are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. You'll drive continuous improvement and operational excellence while managing production planning, quality, and team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operational activities to meet customer requirements
• Manage production planning and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards

📋 Requirements

• Experience in an Operations Management role within manufacturing
• Proven ability to achieve OTIF, quality, and cost targets
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams including performance management
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Operations Management
• Six Sigma certification
• AS9100 experience
