Description

You will lead the electrical engineering team to design and develop robust hardware for the next generation of Digit humanoid robot, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in embedded controls, high-speed signaling, microcontrollers, digital design, power electronics
• Track record of designing PCBAs with EMC compliance
• Experience with motors and motor controllers, especially BLDC
• Robotics design experience including embedded systems, servo drives, Ethernet, cameras, LIDAR, IMU, CPU/GPU

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, development, and performance of electrical engineering team
• Promote best practices, design standards, and high-quality documentation
• Deliver results within schedule and budget
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with peer managers
• Ensure a safe and collaborative work environment
