💼 About This Role

You'll join Piedmont Capital, the credit lending arm of NAI Northern California, arranging financing up to $10 million for commercial and multifamily properties. You'll contact real estate investors to offer financing solutions and conduct due diligence to process deals. This role offers structured training and mentorship in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact commercial real estate investors to offer financing solutions
• Conduct complex due diligence to process refinancing deals
• Offer solutions for challenges during refinance or purchase process
• Build relationships with financing partners

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker (or willingness to become licensed)
• Success in business or sales (ideally entrepreneurial endeavors)
• Experience with business development - especially cold-calling or door-to-door sales
