💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evolution of our outdoor retail ecommerce platform as a high-impact technical leader. You'll guide architecture, mentor engineers, and influence strategy across multiple product areas to scale, modernize, and innovate our platform. This role reports to the Director of Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end software delivery including architecture and hands-on development
• Serve as technical mentor and coach for engineers across levels
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to deliver features
• Champion modern engineering practices like clean architecture and automation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with ecommerce background
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Deep expertise in software architecture and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL or document-oriented databases
• Experience with AWS or GCP and cloud-first architecture
• Proficiency in Python or C#
