You will own Contentful's documentation strategy end-to-end, managing a small team of technical writers to elevate quality, consistency, and discoverability. Your work will directly influence how customers adopt and scale with Contentful at the enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of Technical Writers
• Develop and execute a holistic documentation strategy covering processes, tooling, and feedback loops
• Produce and review API documentation, release notes, how-to guides, and FAQs
• Act as subject-matter expert on product UI and documentation localization
• Drive and execute localization strategy for global accessibility
