Description
You will lead large-scale data center developments from contract execution through project completion, managing prime contractor relationships, bid processes, and on-site execution across concurrent projects. This role ensures safety, quality, and speed while driving accountability and cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years in construction management for large-scale data center or mission-critical infrastructure
- Strong experience managing prime contractor relationships and full construction lifecycles
- Deep knowledge of AIA contracts, bid processes, and change order workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent builds with consistent delivery standards
- Proficiency in construction management tools like Procore, MS Project, or P6
Responsibilities
- Lead selection and evaluation of prime contractors for construction projects
- Own commercial and legal negotiations under AIA agreements
- Serve as primary point of contact for prime contractors throughout construction lifecycle
- Oversee on-site project execution across multiple concurrent data center developments
- Manage end-to-end change order processes and monitor construction progress
