You'll own day-to-day facilities, vendor management, and onsite candidate coordination, ensuring a seamless and professional environment. This role is deeply embedded in recruiting and offers the chance to design new office spaces and procedures as the company scales.

- Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies
- Build systems for office operations and vendor management
- Greet visitors, candidates, and external partners
- Plan and host internal and external events
๐ Requirements
- Office manager experience in a startup environment
- Experience managing facility logistics including office moves
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
