  • Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies
  • Build systems for office operations and vendor management
  • Greet visitors, candidates, and external partners
  • Plan and host internal and external events

  • Office manager experience in a startup environment
  • Experience managing facility logistics including office moves
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
