Description

You will manage statutory and legal entity financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and exhibits, performing analytics, and supporting audits. Your work ensures compliance and supports regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 4 years experience
• 3+ years experience on an accounting or reporting team
• Experience with US-based health insurance companies preferred
• CPA licensure preferred
• Practical experience in statutory reporting preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory and stand-alone legal entity reporting
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures
• Support statutory audit efforts
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Respond to regulator inquiries with Regulatory Relations
