You'll lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial AEs at incident.io, the leading AI incident response platform. You will drive predictable revenue through coaching, disciplined deal management, and scalable processes.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial AEs.
- Hire, onboard, and develop top Commercial AE talent.
- Drive predictable revenue through forecasting and deal management.
- Install scalable systems for discovery, qualification, and forecasting.
📋 Requirements
- Experience leading high-velocity SMB or Commercial sales teams in B2B SaaS.
- Fundamentals in full-cycle SaaS selling with coaching ability.
- Ability to hire and develop talent in a scaling environment.
- Pattern recognition and insight-driven coaching and process improvement.

- Cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, RevOps, CS.
- Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
