You'll lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial AEs at incident.io, the leading AI incident response platform. You will drive predictable revenue through coaching, disciplined deal management, and scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial AEs.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top Commercial AE talent.
  • Drive predictable revenue through forecasting and deal management.
  • Install scalable systems for discovery, qualification, and forecasting.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience leading high-velocity SMB or Commercial sales teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Fundamentals in full-cycle SaaS selling with coaching ability.
  • Ability to hire and develop talent in a scaling environment.
  • Pattern recognition and insight-driven coaching and process improvement.

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, RevOps, CS.
  • Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
