You'll serve as a senior technical advisor and strategic partner for complex customer deployments at Talkdesk. You'll drive product adoption and ensure long-term success through enablement and change management. This hybrid role combines deep technical guidance with customer relationship management responsibility.

  • Lead complex onboarding and platform optimization for enterprise accounts
  • Define solution scope and technical roadmap with customers
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders
  • Own end-to-end management of technical initiatives and issue resolution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7โ€“10+ years in Technical Account Management or related SaaS role
  • Proven track record managing complex technical initiatives for enterprises
  • Experience with APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud platforms

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Financial services, healthcare, or retail industry experience
  • PMP or equivalent certification
