You'll join Vehicle Operations to improve efficiency across Test, Fleet Reliability, Build, and On Road Deployment. You'll measure workflow bottlenecks and drive structured process improvements. This role offers direct impact on scaling a fleet of 100+ vehicles across multiple business areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct time-and-motion studies to identify bottlenecks
• Design and apply structured root cause analysis frameworks
• Build measurement frameworks and dashboards for operational KPIs
• Develop SOPs and training models that scale across verticals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in process engineering or operational analyst role
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
• Demonstrated use of Lean/Six Sigma in production environments
• Track record of time-and-motion studies leading to measurable change
