Description

You'll lead the Business Controls team within SoFi's 1st Line of Defense, supporting the Crypto and Digital Assets organization. You'll drive risk management consistency, partner with stakeholders to identify and develop controls, and ensure a strong control environment across all digital asset processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years experience developing/managing risks and controls in digital assets
• Experience in banking or fintech, especially digital assets
• Knowledge of banking products, processes and regulations
• Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, MS Office

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to conduct walkthroughs and create process maps for critical processes
• Collaborate with risk owners to identify and develop robust controls
• Drive risk management consistency across digital asset processes including Crypto, Stablecoin, International operations, payments
• Update and validate accuracy of risk-related data in RCSA inventory
• Assist issue owners in design or enhancement of controls to address root causes
