💼 About This Role

You'll help developers integrate the RevenueCat SDK, troubleshoot tricky edge cases, and unlock new possibilities in subscription monetization. You'll provide hands-on support for some of the biggest apps in the world, like ChatGPT, VSCO, and Notion. You'll be empowered to own the support experience, build out internal tools, and identify improvements that shape how developers use RevenueCat.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support developers daily by debugging issues and guiding onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product.
• Build tooling and dashboards to accelerate troubleshooting.
• Drive user success from blocked to shipped.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in engineering or technical role.
• Comfortable with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin).
• Ability to debug code with minimal info from logs or stack traces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Built and shipped a mobile app integrating RevenueCat.
• Experience with subscription infrastructure.
