💼 About This Role

You'll design AI agents that run growth marketing end-to-end, from content and campaigns to AI search visibility. You'll partner with the Head of Growth to turn workflows into self-improving programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Serval's AEO strategy including structured data and schema
• Build AI agents that autonomously run marketing workflows
• Design evals, guardrails, and feedback loops for agent reliability
• Architect publishing and distribution systems across CMS and channels

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in marketing engineering, growth engineering, or product management
• Foundation in programming and systems thinking
• Hands-on experience building agents or LLM-powered systems
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with search engines and AI model content discovery
• Experience with structured data like schema.org or JSON-LD
• B2B SaaS or high-growth startup experience
