Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process flows, training guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
  • Convert technical or operational inputs into clear, accessible documentation for different audiences
  • Draft templates, frameworks, and standardized formats to ensure document consistency across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a centralized documentation repository with logical structure and version control
