- Proofreading and quality compliance skills
- Collaborative and able to work with multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process flows, training guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles
- Convert technical or operational inputs into clear, accessible documentation for different audiences
- Draft templates, frameworks, and standardized formats to ensure document consistency across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a centralized documentation repository with logical structure and version control
