You'll play a central role in supporting Swile's growth by making legal a lever for fluidity, security, and performance. You'll draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers, while advising Sales, Product, and Procurement teams. This role offers direct impact on business deals and visibility in a profitable scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and partners
• Provide daily legal support to Sales, Product, and Procurement teams
• Intervene in new projects and product launches (e.g., drafting general terms)
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation within scope

📋 Requirements

• 6 years minimum experience with contract drafting
• Experience in a tech environment
• Strong rigor and team spirit
• Business and solution-oriented mindset
