💼 About This Role

You'll join Formlabs' Print Optimization Team to push the capabilities of SLA and SLS 3D printing platforms. You'll drive root cause analysis across mechanics, fluid dynamics, software, chemistry, optics, electronics, thermodynamics, and customer behavior. This role tackles multi-disciplinary problems and develops solutions that make a real impact on customer print performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Push capabilities of SLA SLS 3D printing platforms
• Drive root cause analysis across multiple disciplines
• Design efficient experiments for complex systems
• Tackle multi-disciplinary problems and commercialize solutions

📋 Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or PhD in any science/engineering discipline
• Customer-focused with strong sense of ownership
• Hands-on and willing to cross discipline boundaries
• Attention to detail and autonomous problem-solving

✨ Nice to Have

• Coding experience, ideally python
• CAD experience
• Understanding of material properties and characterization
