🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end AI-powered products for creative workflows
• Integrate models combining internal research and external capabilities
• Measure and improve system quality using experimentation and feedback
• Design systems for context gathering and efficient decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional industry experience
• Track record designing ML systems in production
• Experience with RAG systems and context engineering at scale
• Experience building agentic infrastructure and evaluation systems

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases
