You'll drive application modernization engagements for MongoDB's AMP team, helping legacy RDBMS applications move to MongoDB using proprietary tools and methodologies. You'll consult with customer architects and developers, delivering technical workshops and complex demonstrations. This role offers a chance to shape the future of legacy modernization with GenAI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions with customers.
• Deliver complex demonstrations using Docker and Github Codespaces.
• Strategize with sales teams to drive multi-threaded account plans.
• Support sales and delivery of modernization engagements.

📋 Requirements

• 8-11 years related experience in customer-facing role.
• 5-7 years pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
• 3 years with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL).
• Experience with scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling databases or deploying on major cloud providers.
• Database programming and data modeling experience.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
