🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect Seer's data platform end-to-end across GCP services.
• Set standards for data modeling with dbt and Looker.
• Mentor data engineers through code reviews and workshops.
• Optimize BigQuery costs and dashboard performance.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of leading through technical authority and mentorship.
• Expert-level fluency across GCP data stack (BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow, etc.).
• Expert command of dbt, LookML, and Looker embeds.
• Expert Python with TDD and modular Pytest suites.
