📋 Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and experience in simulated customer support.
• English proficiency across reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Ability to evaluate structured dialogue and follow detailed assessment frameworks.
• Basic understanding of structured data concepts such as JSON and logic reasoning.
