💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise-wide quality strategy and oversee the Quality Management System for a manufacturing organization. You'll drive continuous improvement, compliance, and risk mitigation to enhance operational performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee the Quality Management System.
• Lead audits, inspections, and certifications.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
• Track and report quality metrics and KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive quality leadership experience
• 5+ years in a senior quality role
• Experience with Defense Contractor QA requirements
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and PIDs

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or CMQ/OE
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• AWS Certification
