You will lead a team of SDRs targeting mid-market merchants, building outbound strategies, coaching reps, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline for longer, complex sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in sales development or outbound sales, with at least 2 years in people management
  • Experience running mid-market or enterprise SDR motions with longer sales cycles (60–120+ days)
  • Strong understanding of account-based selling, multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze funnel metrics

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute outbound prospecting strategy targeting mid-market merchants ($2M–$50M GMV)
  • Build multi-touch, multi-channel sequencing tailored to longer buying cycles
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Mid-Market SDRs with regular coaching
  • Own end-to-end qualification process and enforce ICP criteria
  • Partner with MM Account Executives to align on handoff quality and feedback loops
