You'll serve as a strategic finance partner to our executive team, helping frame the financial dimensions of our biggest decisions. You'll guide capital strategy and bring an external network built from experience. This fractional role is ideal for someone who has navigated SaaS companies through the $10M-$100M ARR range.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate investment opportunities and trade-offs
• Guide capital strategy across financing options
• Partner with Finance Director on strategic thinking
• Grow relationships with banking partners and investors
• Shape board materials and present at board meetings

📋 Requirements

• CFO, VP Finance, or Head of Finance at venture-backed SaaS companies
• Experience through $10M-$100M ARR range
• Led or deeply involved in fundraising (Series B through growth rounds)
• Deep understanding of SaaS economics (unit economics, NRR, Rule of 40)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with venture debt
• Network in SaaS and venture ecosystem
• Evaluated or participated in M&A processes
