You'll join an AI-driven drug discovery team, executing molecular and sequencing-based assays to generate experimental data that directly informs biological models. Your work will advance RNA therapeutic candidates through amplicon sequencing workflows and liquid handling automation. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge NGS technologies and diverse RNA modalities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute amplicon sequencing workflows including NGS library preparation
• Perform library QC using TapeStation, Qubit, qPCR
• Operate Illumina NextSeq sequencing instruments
• Conduct molecular biology techniques: PCR, qPCR, nucleic acid extractions

📋 Requirements

• BS in Molecular Biology or related discipline with 1-3 years of experience
• Hands-on exposure to amplicon sequencing or targeted NGS workflows
• Experience with nucleic acid extraction and PCR/qPCR
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to reproducible lab work

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with liquid handling platforms (Hamilton, Beckman, Bravo)
• Familiarity with RNA therapeutic modalities (ADAR editing, ASOs, siRNAs)
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and transfection assays
