💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver martial arts enrichment activities for elementary students in grades K–5, building confidence and discipline. You'll collaborate with Youth Workers to ensure a fun, inclusive experience. This role is part of DREAM's extended-day program across East Harlem and the South Bronx.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver curricula for martial arts enrichment activities
• Collaborate with Youth Workers and Enrichment Dean to ensure cohesive experience
• Prepare materials before activities and facilitate clean up afterwards
• Encourage youth to positively participate in activities

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience working with groups of youth
• Ability to independently lesson plan and implement lessons

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in related field
• Clear passion for and knowledge of martial arts
