💼 About This Role
You'll own end-to-end hiring and scale recruiting systems for a high-growth food and beverage brand. You'll partner with leaders across the US to build a recruiting engine from scratch. This role is a player-coach hybrid where you'll both recruit and manage a team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across store, field, and HQ roles
- Build and scale recruiting systems supporting 2,000+ hires/year
- Stand up hiring for new markets from scratch
- Use data to diagnose funnel issues and drive improvements
📋 Requirements
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred
- Proven ability to scale hiring from dozens to thousands
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership
- Experience building or significantly improving recruiting processes

- Hospitality, retail, consumer, or startup background
- Sourcing expertise
