💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of DevSecOps engineers to build a Security-as-Code ecosystem that enables faster and more secure software delivery. Your core impact will be defining and executing the DevSecOps roadmap, aligning security initiatives with engineering goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and coach a team of DevSecOps engineers.
• Define the DevSecOps strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Implement policy-as-code using OPA or Kyverno.
• Lead incident response for high-severity security events.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity (Team Lead, Tech Lead, EM).
• Expert knowledge of Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and CI/CD platforms.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes security and cloud security services.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA tools at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript for internal tooling.
• Experience in a high-growth cloud-native environment.
