💼 About This Role

You'll join Aventon's in-field sales team to build relationships with partner bike shops. You'll drive revenue growth by proactively selling e-bikes and handling orders, returns, and inquiries. This role offers career growth in a fast-paced electric bike company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Learn Aventon product line and proactively sell to partners
• Establish new partnerships and maintain assigned shop relationships
• Enter sales orders and track fulfillment
• Provide support for shipping and warranty inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Sales or retail customer service experience preferred
• E-bike knowledge highly preferred
• Internet-savvy with office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with CRM software
• Background in cycling or outdoor industry
• Bilingual in Spanish
