💼 About This Role

You'll own the product configuration governance across engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment at a defense autonomy company. Your work ensures version-controlled consistency and audit-ready traceability of parts and assemblies across all platforms and programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain structured part and assembly relationships across platforms and variants
• Govern reuse and revision of items across multiple configurations with traceability
• Review and oversee configuration changes for proper documentation and compliance
• Support audit readiness with complete digital records of product configurations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management or product data governance
• Deep familiarity with product structure including items, subassemblies, and interchangeability
• Working knowledge of engineering change control and drawing versioning
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems (Teamcenter preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EIA-649, ASME Y14.5, or MIL-STD standards
• Experience navigating BOMs across engineering and manufacturing
• Background in defense or aerospace industry
